Cassava value chain, Gari Processing
With the case of post-harvest loss and unavailability of market to purchase produce being detrimental to survival of cassava farmers in these communities, and as a cassava production and processing firm, we aim to bridge this gap of market by being a one stop shop for farmers to gain value for their produce by purchasing their produce to feed our processing equipment for Gari production to satisfy our target and also achieve company goals. With the capacity of our processing machine, will be able to zero the post-harvest harvest losses recorded annually, empower farmers to expand their production capacity and also contribute to community development.
